Facebook Live events

Last week, we did a Facebook Live video entitled "How to improve your pitching from your couch." It got over 12,000 views.

If you are not following us on Facebook or missed that video, you can access the video here (You must have a FB account to access these).

Our next Facebook Live event will be Tuesday, 3/24 at 4:30. This Facebook Live video will show you no-ball, in-home pitching drills! If you can't attend at that time, they will be on our FB page. These are 100% FREE!

Training programs designed for your needs by Elite or Premium Level Instructors.

• Workouts designed for the athlete's goals and needs
• All workouts can be done with or without a ball
• The Premium or Elite Instructor you work with most will design your workout unless otherwise requested (Send requests amie@leffewfastpitch.com).
• Workouts will be emailed within 24 hours of purchase. Please confirm the email address you have on your account is up-to-date!
