LFP Cancellation
policy

Clients can cancel no less than 24 hours before their appointment time by calling 440-353-0460, on Leffewfastpitch.com, or on the LFP app; without a fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours notice must call 440-353-0460and will be considered a “late cancellation”.

Because we do understand that life happens, and kids get sick, we have developed the following fee schedule for late cancelled appointments:

1. 1^st two late cancellations for any reason in a calendar year = No Charge
2. 3^rd late cancellation in a calendar year = $20
3. 4^th late cancellation in a calendar year = $40
4. 5 or more late cancellations in a calendar year, the client will be charged the full price of the appointment.
5. No-call/no-shows will automatically be charged full price for the appointment. If you have more than 3 no-call/no-shows in a year, we will have to take you off the schedule for future appointments. 

Any late cancellation fees will be applied automatically or must be paid before you can schedule additional appointments. 

We really appreciate your understanding and want to convey that this policy is to the benefit of all our clients and instructors.  Thank you to everyone for your continued support and for being a part of the LFP family.
